Delete Twinventory local data

Twinventory mobile has no online account. Leech Labs cannot remotely delete a database stored on your device.

Before deleting

Deletion loses local inventory, photographs, history, and retained workspaces. Export a backup first if you want recovery. Archiving a location or restoring another workspace does not delete this data.

Android

Open Android Settings > Apps > Twinventory > Storage & cache > Clear storage (names vary by device). This clears the app database and retained workspaces. Confirm only if you intend to erase them.

iOS and iPadOS

Use Settings > General > iPhone/iPad Storage > Twinventory > Delete App. Offload App retains documents and data and is not a deletion method.

Other copies and service data

Remove exported backup, CSV, and PDF copies separately from destinations you control. Copies shared with others and Google ARCore records are not erased by clearing Twinventory. Consult Google's privacy controls for its records.
